Putting it further from my mouth appears to make this better. Having the portable charging case and the wireless headset to answer calls while I am holding the baby has been very helpful. They held up pretty good for the first few weeks of use. Bought these for my son for xmas. I come from a family of gamers. VERY comfortable! They remove all the scuffs and stains on my boat ! The stiffness was completely gone after 3-4 uses (although scrunching them up between sets has now become an oddly satisfying habit! The sellers description says "quality soft cotton lining", the actual label in the slipper says "All man-made materials". The quality is good but I gave it 4 stars because no matter what my husband did, he couldn’t get the right side door to line up right.
