Both sides need to be completely parallel horizontally and vertically or jamming is bound to happen. I dont understand all the 5 star reviews. When I bought my first pair of Gateway wedges, I tried them in the store and bought the size 7 thinking maybe it was just that one pair of shoes. Save yourself the money and just get new headphones. Will remove/update review if this situation can be rectified. The MixAmp 80 sounds fantastic much better than my old headset. Pros: Easy to install, about as comfortable as the originalCons: Perhaps a little more muffled than the original ear cushions, but they might break inNotes: At first, they make a lot of crunching/shuffling noise when you put the headset on, but as they sit for a little bit and take shape the noise goes away.
