Great product and customer service. These earphones are I N E X P E N S I V E. Airy, light, crisp - but airy. They are really comfortable, noise cancellation works well especially with fan noises and such, not so great with other types of sounds but it was expected. She wore her new Koala slippers on Christmas and within a few hours one of the puff ears fell off. The company included a couple of neat bonus items such as a screen protector (already perfectly attached) and a clear TPU standard style case. Very quiet and no noise interference and very neutral and balanced sound. The top of the shoes by the top of the thong wore almost all the way to the point of a hole, if I wear them now, it is painful. I love the memory foam. Loved the look of the white but the strap was so tight.
