Got my husband a pair of crocs last year, this year got him the lined crocs and he loves them. The sound quality on these are great! I will request to refund or exchange the product to resolve this issue. I like the extra cushion they have. Very easy to use on a laptop. Not sure my 11 year old daughter will fit into them! The upper is brilliant, the sole is a little softer than his older ones, so he won’t wear these outside.
