Earbud-to-earbud pairing: They turn on and pair with each other when you take them out of the case, but you have to pull them out nearly simultaneously. To install, peel off the two tape covers to expose the tape, press the lid firmly onto the Airpods lid so that the tape makes contact. I don’t use them to go to the beach. Pods are standard, worth it if you have skin issues and need a non irritating soap.
