The thing that goes between the toes to hold the slippers on your foot is only sewn to the top layer of fabric. My toes and heel were past the ends of the shoe. Product looks otherwise brand new. But they need to fix the insole problem. They seem to have been handled poorly and just thrown in a box with no care at all. So this addendum to my original rating gives the highest possible marks to the sellers reputation. Wait a minute! I knew I would love the color of my Shoe Organizer but had no idea just how Great I would love it. For my particular use-case, though, since I stuffed it into a 2U rack mount with a low-profile 65W air cooler, I decided that things were a little too toasty so I used the BIOS setup to limit the socket to 100W (150W at the wall). Then the two parts that fit together just slide together and assembly is complete.
