I did exactly what other reviewers recommended and being an absolutely typical neither narrow nor wide size 5, I tentatively ordered a size 4 instead, and they fit perfectly both around the toes (not too tight but not loose either) and behind the heel (they stay on well) so I recommend anyone buying these to do the same. I bought some for my mum and they were perfect but I had to send these back to my sons disappointment. When they arrived, I was suspicious of how narrow they appear. Avid runner here, I run 5 miles a day for the last few years. This CRITICAL piece is needed to connect the product to the wall.
