Please note charging case does drain, battery life 75 min ANC on or off , lot connection issues , USA app doesn’t work Huawei pro , I kinda got screwed can’t find box and HW-VMALL doesn’t do replacements , All has lot hissing noise when ANC on. Its also a really fun game to play if your friend has the game as well. I took it apart and reassembled using some JB Weld in addition to the set screws. Very easy to slip on/off, also to shower in and walk home. I threw it in the trash as it was so cheap (obviously, you get what you pay for). When I changed the settings in Plantronics Hub, it didnt appear to make a change and still frustrating. Very cheap and stiff material even after being worn and broke in.
