Added after 13 days: The strap on both shoes in the black pair have torn right above the ankle. I think this allows the adhesive to bond with the wall surface for a tighter grip. I downgraded and bought the RIG 400 LX as a replacement and couldnt be happier. I will be returning theses. I will be purchasing one more for my exercise partner. The looked nice and felt good .
