Time will tell how sturdy. Nothing some work with a back saw couldn’t fix though. I would rather my socks be slightly tight and too small, rather than too large. Most strap sandals have a toe strap and a separate ankle strap that dont interact with each other but this sandal just has one z-shaped strap that moves around a lot. For some reason the left shoe rubs the top of my foot to the point of a blister every time I wear them , very sad I love these so I put a bandaid on before hand , none of my other fit flops do this My wifes stem also has a shock absorber seat with a screw at the top of the stem, further limiting the upper mounting position of the rack. Turned out perfectly for all our spices and easy install I could have easily forgiven that if the quality of the product had been better. I rated it 4 instead of 5 only because I think it could have a little nicer styling but thats a personal choice matter and should not be seen as a poor commentary on its quality, fit or function. I ordered a men’s 9 in these and they are perfect.
