I was a little upset about some damage to the case which the seller had told me was due to aggressive shipping however still refunded me $10 for this! Lately and I mean lately, every single Mouse whether its been from Walmart, Meijer, or Best Buy have failed religiously within 3 months of getting it, the RMA Process is a nightmare, a first mouse I had sent nearly a year ago made a return less than a month ago, and was still having the push button failure (Was untouched) or the technician didnt care enough to replace the button with a new one or try to figure out the problem. However, after I changed back into my old slippers, I noticed that one the left side of my foot still hurt. These pendants are beautiful! So comfortable, not too flat. Great for all the shoes in the mud room. I havent worn these once due to the fact that they run so small. I was a little hesitant at first, but Hyper X was sold out of their replacement mics so I took a chance and ordered from TNE. Sennheiser claims 30 Hrs. My advice, only buy one of these after you find a computer wizzard near you that can assist with this.
