I had an issue with mine initially but the company did an amazing job troubleshooting the issue, I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with this purchase, and would recommend these a lot! However the good news is that I contacted Amazon and they have agreed to replace them, so I am just hoping that the new set wont have the same problem, but I am dubious. The new abilities are a blast and the map is full of new activities and things to explore. Always dependable performer with my enhanced music players. This dresser is lovely. When I messaged the company about my issue, they were super obliging and willing to help out! Had my AirPods for about 1 year now, hate wearing them in public due to the silly look and friends and family goofing on me for looking like a douchebag . But those dont “shave” they trim hair.
