As another review mentioned, the color of the bench I received is significantly lighter than the photo on Amazon. While sensitivity of the thumb-sticks can be adjusted with the Astro C40 TR Configuration Software on my PC, it induces an inherent new problem with using L3/R3 afterwards--making gameplay that requires that use to be inoperable. So I am not sure if the sound quality streamed is low on purpose. Cons: Because it rests above your ears and also because your ears are allowed to listen to or hear your surroundings, if you use this outside, in loud traffic area, or in loud surroundings, it is hard to hear, even at high volume. It took me four days to read, I couldnt put the book down keeps you intrigued the whole time. I used them for nearly 6 years before they finally broke. After a trip from NC to Chicago and back the bag worked as promised. Bought this for Christmas and the sound is fantastic I’m really happy with the quality.
