I have tried new batteries and several different usb ports on my home set-up but the same issues arise. The first thing I notice is the vendors box. Pros:- Really small, portable- Works very well on USB or paired to a bluetooth phone- When paired with iPhone (possibly others), device battery level displays on phone- Clear audio on both sides of communication- Battery lasts forever- Easy to operate and understand. Less wires and incredible mic compared to my old one. Cowin is excellent! I have an average foot wearing a size 8 in sandals and slides. Im shipping it back. The tweeter for HF is not crisp. Feel like the ones from a commercial gym. I have not been tolerating squats with barbell for a few years after a neck/shoulder injury.
