This particular item is pretty perfect. They hurt in the arch and the metatarsal area. Im happy with either. Start from the bottom hooks and work your way up, I found that after first few days I could move onto middle row and now after a week I’m on final row and can bring belt further around. Super soft and comfortable slippers absolutely adorable style! Love the leather strap it comes with. Yes, they do work as well as they say it does. This is a great headset for a very reasonable price. I like that these are dry. There was foot/toe jam on them and it looked as though the person tried to scratch some of it off before returning them.
