I contacted Keen directly and they replaced the boots with no problem and at no cost to me, so thats a big plus. I ordered these for my boys for a big hiking trip out west. I had one attached to my bathroom mirror holding a mini nail brush and it keeps falling down. I have also heard that perhaps one needed to download software. The music was also clear, no problems with the different genres I tested. Im going to insert one criticism here. I am grateful for such a product to solve my space problem. This was a good suggestion. Should only have the 4 apps that matter to the functionality of the device. Exactly as pictured, fits perfectly in my Bose AE2 headset.
