I wear a size 7 shoe and my foot is maybe a touch wide. Very comfortable and keeps your ear a nice distance from the driver without causing discomfort around the ears or causing loss in sound quality. By far the nicest sounding IEMs i have listened to. Word of warning, when they first arrive, the back of the shoe is very hard so wear plasters for the first few time’s while they soften up to avoid blisters.
