The exchange was smooth but the case that is sent second time has the same issue. I love everything about this running shoes I use for go to the gym they are very light I had long time looking for 2017-18 model and I finally found it I bought several pairs just to be sure :) Ill have to get a marker to color the unfinished edges all along the front edge of the side pieces, which you can see behind/next to the outer edge of the doors. My wife and I really like them. They are super cute and practical for moving around. I purchased two and placed them side by side. But the you wont want to take them off---they are so warm! Lots of bass, no loss of highs.
