Previously, when my son would wear geox trainers they would last him about a half a year! I waited a few weeks before sharing my thoughts on this product to make sure I felt confident giving a 5-star review. She did mention that even adhesive tape has a shelf life (OK who knew that one, really?)Over time, the glue will adhere to the paper strip backing, and when you remove the backing, the glue will come off with it. I was able to assemble it less than an hour with minimal assistance from one of my kids to hold the vertical posts while I fitted the bolts (much of the time was carefully unpacking the pieces and carrying them from the garage to the basement). I do find it a little harder to touch the screen- not worth taking it off and risking a cracked screen again though! Some music you feel as if you encapsulated by sound coming from all over. This one is inline with their other products as far as sound quality goes. Best in class, I swear. I got a size 7 and they fit perfect. So glad I found these life savers!
