Using this anchor sets the bracket flush to the wall & is more secure than a plastic anchor. Spent like 20-ish minutes setting it up. So I like it overall but it just didnt work because of my gait. At first, very comfortable. I bought tripod stands which allows me to place the speakers at the best height possible. I dont know what kind of crap wiring they are putting into the PCBs these days but I installed this guy and it totally killed my motherboard. My ears never get hot or sweaty, nor do I get any aches or pain from the cups. Although they do run large. The cabinet measures 73" H x 36" W x 16".
