They worked fine in her down flow burner , the last ones she bought did not. The music comes from both earbuds unlike some other ones where only one works. This cart was securely packed. Picture (pillow #) 4 is the pillow Im now using - the Weekender. Im able to open and close the case without any issues. love that the case is a battery pack. They charged quickly and were very easy to set up with my laptop. Im on SSI which limits my income but if I watch & save Im able to buy a new pair with savings & Christmas $$ every year. The screws provided were not strong enough and the pre-drilled holes too small. They have a great support to them that it feels great walking in them.
