As you can see on the picture, with a bit of fiddling I managed to get every single one into the protector even though this is one of my tricky power outlets in my apartment being in a corner and not easily accessible except if you use a power strip with a cable. You may have to really crank up the output volume on the mic as it can be very quiet. I was ordered sandals three times. I tried the usb port with my Samsung lightening cable for my phone, and it worked just as good as usual-convenient so my friends dont need to bring around matching adaptors. The other problem is the fast charging doesnt work if you have a cover on your phone. :( Buy at your own risk I guess. They have zero traction, I have slipped many times. It has clear sound and blocks outside sounds out. At the risk of TMI, I sweat a lot when I run. Memory foam simply seems to not work good at all for insoles in shoes.
