I still think they’re comfortable - no need for inserts! I didnt need to do anything at all to pair them - they just automatically connected with my iPad as soon as I took them out of the case (they came out of the box already charged). Even if you turn the volume down the zero, you can still hear the audio. There’s cushion on the bottom as well. This pair is cut and sewn incorrectly. If it cannot handle 3 tabs open in chrome, 2 apps, and zoom, its a dud. These soft loop tie downs did a fantastic job. - Look is sleek & smoothCons:- Connectivity issues with left ear does happen at times but B&O is constantly updating their firmware so I’ve noticed with each update the overall performance gets better with these This is a great company that really cares about their customers! Ive washed with boiling water, soap, detergent, citric cleaner, YOU NAME IT, and the smell always returns.
