I emailed Sennheiser, opened a case, and within a week they shipped me a new replacement pair. In sun they will dry alittle tighter. These are authentic Yupoong FlexFit hats at a great price. I dont like the fact that I didnt receive any directions on how to hang it on the wall. Not sure why the shelves are so narrow except to encourage people to buy the special spice jars? Im going to have to buy additional shelves to fit the larger (which are really normal, not large size) jars. I am a novice bike rider nothing longer than 10 miles at a time usually around my neighborhood or park. As Sony historically has done the changes are evolutionary rather than revolutionary. The dog will be so much more cooperative, at least ours appreciates this extra step. The sole could be a little less bulky but you can see that in the images. Really makes it look at a lot neater
