Corsair only sends cut and paste responses written in poor English to questions and requests for support. The included carrying box is very handy to have and sturdy enough to store in a gym bag. The down side is the efficiency of the keyboard and it seems to be a common issue on this one. Great for hanging clothes to dry or to use for clothes that have been ironed. If you have sensitive feet, go-ahead and get them, you won’t regret it. None of my other shoes would fit with the splint. Ive used Vitabath for over 30 years. The product came on time, and it is still in it’s box since i will give it as a gift when i return home (Europe). With this suit, I slip it on and it holds in all my extra belly fat. Great snug case.
