However, the design flaw is in the micro tiny chain that connects the device to the key ring attachment. I have to pay postage to send the broken ones back, which I feel is a bad deal, because they are broke and need replaced. Ive read many reviews and everybody seems to like the sound quality, but nobody says much about any sound problems, thats because there arent any worth mentioning. Listing definitely needs to be fixed. My boyfriend loves them.
