Sound quality is excellent but theres hardly any bass. Love that it has a place for name tag for identification. I was also able to call and talk to a real human being without waiting on hold. I always take a size 3 in fitflops and these in a size 3 were fine, I do have a narrow foot though. 5W in mens shoes. The product quality is great.
